Whole family

Care calibrated to the person on the table.

An 18-year-old athlete and an 80-year-old grandmother are not the same body. Dr. Augello treats both, and everyone in between, with the technique that fits. Low-force instrument adjusting, drop-table, or hands-on, based on what each patient needs.

Who we see

A deliberately broad patient range.

The practice was built to serve the Lehigh Valley family. That has always meant a mix of ages, occupations, and conditions.

Adults 30 to 60

Work, sport, and parent life

Desk-driven neck pain, lifting-and-kid-carrying back pain, and the accumulated stress of commuting, training, and sleeping wrong.

Seniors 60+

Low-force options throughout

Activator instrument adjusting, Thompson drop-table, and Logan basic for patients with osteoporosis, arthritis, or a preference for gentle care.

Teenagers

Sport and posture

Teen athletes with early-season back or shoulder pain, scoliosis follow-up, and the neck pain that comes from looking down at phones all day.

Older children

Case by case

Primarily sports injuries and postural concerns in ages 10 and up. Younger children are usually better served by a dedicated pediatric chiropractor.

Pregnancy-adjacent

Low-back and pelvic care

Prenatal care is provided with careful technique selection and positioning. Our massage therapists are trained in pregnancy massage.

Post-surgical

With surgeon clearance

Post-discectomy, post-fusion, and post-joint-replacement rehab under a surgeon's written clearance. Gentle techniques only.

FAQ

Family care questions.

Do you treat older patients?

Yes. A significant portion of our patient population is over sixty. For patients with osteoporosis, arthritis, or general fragility, Dr. Augello uses low-force techniques such as Activator instrument adjusting and drop-table work. These are safe, effective, and comfortable even for patients who have had poor experiences with manual adjustment elsewhere.

Do you see teenagers?

Yes. Teen athletes, backpack-and-posture neck pain, scoliosis follow-up, and sports injury evaluation are all common reasons teens come in. A parent or guardian accompanies the first visit.

Do you treat children?

We see older children on a case-by-case basis, particularly for sports injuries and postural concerns. We do not hold ourselves out as a pediatric specialty practice; younger children are better served by a dedicated pediatric chiropractor. Call to discuss your child's specific situation.

Can the whole family use the same insurance?

Yes. Most family plans cover chiropractic care for all covered members. Call with your plan details and we will verify coverage per family member.

What is the oldest patient you have treated?

Dr. Augello has treated patients into their nineties. Care at that age uses only the gentlest techniques and is usually focused on maintaining comfort and mobility rather than aggressive correction.

Bring the family.

We schedule back-to-back family visits when that is useful. Call to set it up.
