The problem

If pain has been calling the shots, you already know how this goes.

What's happening

Pain that won't quit.

Stiffness when you stand up. A nagging back. A neck that locks up by mid-week. Recovery that stalls. Performance that just won't come back.

How it feels

Frustrated and stuck.

You've tried the rest, the heat pack, the foam roller, maybe a clinic that rushed you through ten minutes and sent you home worse. You're tired of guessing.

Why it's wrong

Most clinics chase symptoms.

Healthcare is built to react. We were built to find the root. The symptom is the smoke. We look for the fire.

The plan

Three steps to get your life back.

No mystery. No twelve-visit package sold up front. Just a clear process you can start today.

  1. 01

    Book a call. It's free.

One conversation. You tell us what's going on. We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  2. 02

    Full diagnostic. Find the root.

Orthopedic, neurologic, movement, range-of-motion. The angles your last clinic probably didn't check.

  3. 03

    Clear plan. Real progress.

A written care plan to get you out of pain. Most patients see changes inside the first four to six weeks.

Your guides

Two doctors. One standard of care.

Dr. Mark Augello has been the steady hand of Bethlehem chiropractic since 1993. Dr. Adam Maurer brings a decade of pro-team and Olympic-level sports work into the same practice. Different training, same standard.

If you keep waiting

Pain compounds. The list of things you stop doing keeps getting longer.

Most patients tell us they wish they'd come in six months sooner. Pain doesn't go away on its own. It gets quieter, then louder, then it picks the timing.

What life looks like after

Back on the course. Back to the long runs. Back to picking up your kids without thinking twice.

Golf · Mobility · Confidence
If it were not for Augello Chiropractic, I would have had to give up golf, the sport I love and have played since I was twelve years old.

Frequently asked

The questions new patients ask most.

Who should see a chiropractor?

Chiropractic care isn't just for people in pain. It's for anyone who wants to move well, stay active, and prevent problems before they start. Pain is often the last signal your body gives you, not the first. Whether you're an athlete, an active adult, or someone who simply wants to move without restriction, chiropractic plays a key role in long-term health.

What's different about your approach?

We don't chase symptoms, we build a plan. Every visit is 1-on-1, never rushed, never cookie-cutter. We combine adjustment, soft-tissue therapy (IASTM, myofascial release, cupping), functional rehabilitation, and recovery tech (Class IV Laser, Red Light) into one cohesive system. The goal is lasting results, not temporary fixes.

What is a first visit like?

Your first visit runs 45 to 60 minutes and is designed to be thorough and personalized. We take a comprehensive intake and history, perform a detailed exam (orthopedic testing, neurological screen, functional movement assessment, range-of-motion analysis), and walk you through findings in plain language. In most cases, treatment begins on the first visit, and you leave with a structured plan plus 1–2 simple at-home exercises to keep you progressing between visits.

What conditions do you treat?

Back, neck, shoulder, knee, and hip pain. Sciatica, whiplash, headaches and migraines. Auto accident and workplace injuries. Sports and overuse injuries (runners, lifters, baseball players, golfers). Concussion symptoms and head/neck dysfunction. Slow recovery after injury or surgery. Movement restrictions, stiffness, and performance plateaus. If chiropractic isn't the right fit for your case, we'll tell you and refer accordingly.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major health insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Independence Blue Cross, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also accept auto insurance PIP coverage and workers compensation. Cash-pay rates are available. Call (610) 866-4440 to verify your specific plan.

Is chiropractic safe?

Chiropractic adjustment, when performed by a licensed chiropractor after a proper examination, is among the safest forms of musculoskeletal care. Both Dr. Augello and Dr. Maurer are trained in low-force techniques including Activator and instrument-assisted adjustments for patients who prefer or require a gentler approach.
