What happens when you walk in.
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes for the first appointment. You leave with a diagnosis in plain language, a written plan, and a quote for what care will cost either with insurance or cash-pay.
Paperwork
A health history, a list of current medications, and a pain map. You can fill it in ahead if you prefer.
Exam
Dr. Augello takes range-of-motion measurements, does orthopedic tests, and runs a neurologic screen.
Imaging if indicated
Digital x-ray on site if the exam calls for it. Never routine, never done without explaining why.
Plan
A clear explanation of what he found, the recommended care, visit count, and home exercises. You decide what to do next.
